Workday Data Conversion Developer - HCM at Accenture Federal Services

The Role: Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools.
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation for loading to Workday.
• Lead the validation of data loaded into Workday.
• Assist clients in mapping legacy data, identify data quality issues, and take overall responsibility for conversion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (an associates degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience; a bachelors degree may substitute for 3 years of experience).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge in multiple complex work assignments.

Compensation ranges are based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.

The base pay range for this position is: $105,000$170,100 USD.
