Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Reservation Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from future guests who wish to make reservations at the hotel. What will you do?

• Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service program
• Provide a top-notch customer service program
• Use all available resources to answer questions 
• Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services
• Communicate with hotel and resort front desk staff

More about you

• Effective written and oral communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, database activity, and keyboarding
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to clearly communicate using a telephone
• Customer service experience required with a love for helping others
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Physical requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Adequate vision capabilities
