About the Role:

Join a high-performing Agile team where you'll design, develop, and optimize custom Oracle EBS and APEX solutions that drive real business impact. You'll be responsible for:

• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging custom Oracle EBS technical components
• Developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Oracle APEX
• Translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions
• Performance tuning and optimizing SQL queries for maximum efficiency
• Mentoring team members and elevating development capabilities through best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Oracle application development or technical engineering
• Advanced SQL/PL/SQL querying skills with deep Oracle database knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Oracle on-prem databases (version 19C or later)
• Strong Oracle EBS technical background
• Oracle APEX expertise including Region Types, Themes, Templates, Security, Authentication & Authorization
• SQL performance tuning expertise (Explain Plans, Indexes, Optimizer Hints, SQL Profiles)
• Proficiency with Oracle Analytic functions for high-performing queries
• Experience with ORDS API setup and configuration
• Knowledge of Oracle Concurrent Manager framework (Concurrent Programs, Request Sets, etc.)
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and XML (AJAX) development
• Understanding of CI/CD practices (code quality, performance, unit testing, build processing)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle CRM entities (Resources, Roles, Groups, Hierarchies)
• Familiarity with Menus, Functions, Responsibilities, Lookups, Value Sets, Profile Options
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Gateway, REST/SOAP API architectures, JSON data formats
• Experience with Bitbucket, Rally, and STAT (for code migration)
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (User Stories, Sprints, Standups, Retros)
