About the Opportunity

Jerry is looking for an organized, energetic, and dependable Office Assistant to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, you will be the face of the office and the engine behind our productivity. You'll support our leadership team with administrative and occasional personal tasks, keep our workspace running smoothly, and ensure that every team member has what they need to succeed.

The right person for this role is a natural "helper" with a high sense of urgency and a "no task too small, no challenge too big" mentality. This person will be expected to work from our Palo Alto office 5 days a week.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Be the point person for the "daily flow." You'll keep the fridge stocked, coordinate mail and deliveries, and ensure our workspace is always professional, organized, and inviting.

  • Administrative Support: Keep our leaders on track by assisting with calendar management, scheduling interviews, and handling essential documentation.

  • Event & Meeting Logistics: Take the lead on making things happen. You'll coordinate catering for lunch-and-learns, set up rooms for board meetings, and help plan fun team-building events and offsites.

  • The "Go-To" Resource: Act as a helpful resource for employees and guests alike. Whether it's helping a new hire get settled or troubleshooting a scheduling conflict, you are the person with the answers.

Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or office environment is a major plus.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
