Role Summary The NetSuite Developer / Consultant will manage, enhance, and optimize Tangem’s NetSuite ERP environment. This position blends technical development, systems integration, and business process consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across financial systems. This role is within the Finance team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, and SuiteTalk integrations Customize forms, records, dashboards, and reports Manage user roles, permissions, and overall system security Oversee system audits, testing, and release management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements Together with the head of finance automation, lead module rollouts, improvements Maintain technical documentation and provide internal training Provide technical support to users Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of NetSuite development and configuration experience Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) Experience with middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar) Knowledge of financial operations and ERP data architecture NetSuite certification(s) preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability and willingness to work remotely and self-organize.
