Overview JOB TITLE: Grant Writer REPORTS TO: Executive Director – Finance WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Exempt

PAY GRADE: AM 4

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Grant Writer will lead the district’s efforts in identifying, developing, writing, and securing grant funding opportunities that align with Spring ISD’s Five-Year Plan and strategic priorities. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the grant development cycle including research, proposal writing, budgeting, compliance monitoring, and post-award reporting. The Grant Writer will also cultivate collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, community agencies, and public/private funding sources to expand educational opportunities and district capacity. All employees are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, champion the needs of our students, and drive continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spring ISD
