What You Get:

Home Weekly!
Pay Between $0.70 - $0.84 CPM Based on Experience
Our Driver's Average $100K+ Per Person | $200K Per Team
Guaranteed $1,250 Per Week Minimum - As Long as The Driver is Available to Work
Guarantee $250 Per Day for Every Day a Driver is Requested to Come to Work (Even if the pay generated by the work that day work doesn't exceed the daily minimum of $250)
Detention Pay Starts: After 1 Hour of Waiting

Our mission is to provide fast and safe delivery services to and from FedEx Ground hubs by conducting daily activities with the highest ethical and professional standards and providing high value-added logistics.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections to Ensure Safety + Compliance
Adhere to All Traffic Laws and Regulations while Driving
Ability to use Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
Communicate Effectively with Dispatchers and Other Team Members Regarding Delivery Schedules and Various Issues that May Arise

What is Required:

Valid CDL A with 1+ Years of Verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience
Or Have Graduated from a FedEx Approved School During the Past 12 Months
No Felonies During the Past 10 Years
Strong Understanding of Safety Regulations Related to Transportation
Organized and Able to Manage Time to Meet Tight Deadlines
Ability to Hook & Unhook Trailers and Dolly
Strong Communication Skills for Effective Interaction with Team Members
